PATIENT’S FILE (8/14/25)
NAME: G.B.
AGE: 15
WEIGHT: 220 lbs.
SEX: Female
ADDRESS: Georgia
HEIGHT: 5’4”
IDEAL WEIGHT: 120 lbs. (overweight)
TYPE: Carbonic, possibly Baryta carb
OBSERVATION
- Rounded, chubby face, larger frame with shorter, stubbier fingers
- Whole body looks puffy and more inflamed rather than overweight, but she does have an enlarged, overweight belly and large thighs/hips/buttocks…cellulite and hydrogenoidism
- Complexion is clear, but says she has breakouts during her cycle
- Skin tone looks even but slightly pale…digestive issues and not detoxing properly
- Lips look dry/chapped; skin looks dry…says she does itch often and will sometimes scratch until she bleeds or pick until she makes a sore
- Speaks well, makes good eye contact while in conversation, seems confident, yet gentle, likes chatting…possible nervousness or insecurities
- Loves music, plays piano and fiddle, loves reading, homeschooled-plans to graduate early and pursue Christian Counseling and natural wellness
- Because she enjoys reading and playing her instruments, and because of her weight, pain, and inflammation, she doesn’t get enough physical activity
MAIN COMPLAINTS
- Painful and debilitating menstrual cycles with very heavy bleeding, sometimes bright red and with clots, pain mostly in right ovary, lasting 5-7 days – uses 2 heating pads and herbal tea to try to handle the pain, typically bound to the bed or couch for 2-3 days
- Pain/inflammation around her old arm and back injuries plus knees and ankles are weak/painful
- Has dealt with digestive issues since birth, including chronic constipation, occasional diarrhea, gas, and food sensitivities
- Often experiences fatigue and exhaustion
- Anxiety and phobias for many years – fear of being alone, fear of the dark-sees things in objects, fear of falling, fear of fires, fear of crowds, anxiety (always planning out scenarios and ‘what-ifs’)
- Just wants to fit in with other kids (has experienced some bullying through the years, which has affected her confidence around her peers; however, she seemingly converses well with those older than herself and many of her friends are younger than her)
- Often experiences cold hands and feet, sometimes cold all over…possible sign of circulatory issues
- Occasional insomnia – says she’s a night owl and is often sluggish in the mornings, has a hard time waking up
- Occasional headaches and sinusitis
- Addicted to sweets/sugar/bread/carbs
HISTORY
- Born via cesarean section – was put under UV lights for jaundice…liver dysfunction
- Family history of addictions and mental disorders (alcoholism, drug addiction, obsessive compulsive, narcissism, depression, paranoid schizophrenia, bipolar disorder)
- Family history of heart disease, diabetes, thyroid disorders, and digestive disorders, including removal of gallbladder in 3 family members and heart attacks in 2 grandparents
- Mother had ovarian tumor on right ovary, maternal grandmother had uterine cancer
- No amalgam fillings (but her mother has several), had a few fluoride treatments as a young child and had sealants on her molars
- Partial vaccinations as an infant, but parents stopped them about halfway through the schedule because they felt they were causing her digestive issues and lung issues
- Before age 1, she developed a casein protein allergy and was put on a special formula
- Had bronchiolitis twice, shortly after vaccinations, and was prescribed an albuterol nebulizer
- Doesn’t have a big history of illnesses other than the occasional stomach bug or fever when she was young – hasn’t had hardly any illnesses in the past 5-6 years, except the rare cold – the last time she had a slight fever was in 2021, and it was low grade and only lasted a day or two
- A week before turning 5, she broke her left arm just below her elbow – doctor set the bone incorrectly which left a painful knot (inflammation) where the bone failed to heal properly, and it pops often when she puts pressure on the arm
- Conjunctivitis around age 6 – given amoxicillin and had an allergic reaction (rash over her legs, abdomen, and chest – given a different antibiotic
PARENT’S NOTE: In addition to her broken arm not healing properly, her parents noticed from that point forward through the years that she slowly developed knock knees and her weight gradually increased – most likely the antibiotic negatively affected her already compromised gut microbiome and detox pathways which further affected her body’s ability to properly digest nutrients, causing systemic inflammation
- Witnessed her neighbor’s house burning around age 7, which gave her nightmares and a fear of fire for many years – when she was even younger, she was very terrified of the fire show at Japanese restaurants
- Slipped and fell when she was 10, cracked/deeply bruised her tailbone and had a compression fracture in the center of her spine – more inflammation has formed around those areas and cause her discomfort when bending over and sitting for long periods – has to use a special seat cushion
- Started her period around age 9 or 10
ASSESSMENT: I believe G.B. is in the Asthenic Condition, as her immune system seems unable to produce a strong immune response to help clear out toxins, as well as the digestive issues, chronic constipation, systemic inflammation and pain, occasional headaches, irregular menstrual cycle issues, and anxiety.

Follow-up after 8 weeks: 10/17/25
Sugar cravings have improved-but it’s still a temptation when available, sleep has improved-she’s been following a better sleep cycle, energy has improved-she is exercising some now, has lost some weight-looks less ‘inflamed’, old injury pains have improved, menstrual cycle has become more regular with less pain but still has heavy bleeding
Recommendations: G.B. is to repeat the same protocol for another 8 weeks.
