AACH President Marge Roberts Releases New Book on Clinical Homeopathy

Healing with Clinical Homeopathy: The Life, Vision, Genius and Legacy of Dr. Luc Chaltin is the work of local author and Newton Laboratories, Inc. CEO, Marjorie Roberts.  Marge, who also wrote My Body, My Health, My Choice, has been a long-time advocate for natural medicine in Georgia and across the United States.

Marge has a background in conventional medicine as well as natural therapies.  She holds a BS in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin and a MS in Health Professions from Southwest Texas State University. She worked for many years at the Decatur Hospital (now DeKalb Medical), Georgia Baptist Medical Center (now the WellStar Atlanta Medical Center) and the Atlanta Veterans Administration Medical Center. She has a passion for and training in natural medicine and offers a unique perspective and desire to combine the two models. She was the co-founder of the Complementary/Alternative Medical Association (CAMA) and advocated at the Georgia State Capitol for many years on behalf of the natural health community. Since 2004, she has served as president/CEO of Newton Laboratories, Inc.

Although there are many books written on the use of single remedy homeopathics, there are few published resources for the clinical homeopathic approach, which utilizes combination remedies to address the totality of symptoms for a given condition or patient. In her new book, Marge presents the philosophy, theory and approach to clinical homeopathy that was taught by Dr. Luc Chaltin (1923-2008).

The use of combination homeopathic remedies has been standard practice in Europe for decades and has been available here in the United States for many years. He was a leader in the homeopathic community in his native country of Belgium as well as in his adopted home in the United States. He left a legacy of healing and teaching that continues to impact natural health practices today. The rise in popularity of clinical homeopathy in the United States can be greatly attributed to the work of Dr. Chaltin. Healing with Clinical Homeopathy is a tribute to his life and discoveries.

Although written with the lay person in mind, it is equally valuable for practitioners who want to expand their knowledge about clinical homeopathy to effectively address conditions with safe, natural medicine rather than toxic pharmaceuticals. Although you’ll find Marge’s comments –  opinions – additions throughout the book, the guts – the genius – the ‘story’ – belong to Dr. Chaltin. Some practices that he freely shared are no longer available or are only available through a medical doctor. Fortunately, as he always did – he found a way around it – his writing continues to teach others about this remarkable healing system. Healing with Clinical Homeopathy is available in a soft-cover, e-book and interactive book versions on Amazon or here through newtonlabs.net.

In 1987, Dr. Chaltin founded Newton Laboratories, Inc., an FDA-registered manufacturer located in Conyers, Georgia. Newton prepares all of its remedies in strict accordance with the Homeopathic Pharmacopeia of the United States (HPUS). In addition to manufacturing the finest homeopathics available, Newton is dedicated to public and professional education in the field of natural healing and homeopathy. Newton supports the American Academy of Clinical Homeopathy (AACH), an organization focused on continuing education to both healthcare professionals and consumers in the field of homeopathy and natural health.
