A Strong Presence at the 2017 Joint American Homeopathic Conference

Newton Homeopathics enjoyed a strong presence at the 2017 Joint American Homeopathic Conference, Connecting Minds, Creating Community, Inspiring Practice, held this year in midtown Atlanta, Georgia on 31 March – 02 April.

Our President/CEO, Marge Roberts, provided Bronze Sponsorship for the well-attended international event. She also gave a rousing presentation on clinical homeopathy as a logical medicine for modern times in its Theater Showcase, a new forum featuring top industry leaders and their insights about the latest products, services, and trends.

John Babatunde, Newton’s Quality Control Manager, and Robert J. Barnhill, Education & Community Outreach Coordinator, participated in the lively lectures, round table discussions, and keynotes during the three-day affair. Whether tackling the onerous decipherment of Hahnemann’s Materia Medica Pura, or teasing out a scientific explanation of vital force, or contemplating the regulatory challenges faced by the industry in the realm of public health, Dr. Babatunde and Robert brought enthusiasm and fresh perspective to a conference anchored in the traditions of classical homeopathy.

The speaker lineup was impressive, as well. Homeopathy luminaries like Stephen Messer, Michelle Dossett, and Louis Klein delivered captivating talks about a range of topics, including homeopathy as evidence-informed medicine and the use of orchid remedies for neurobehavioral disorders such as autism. Philosophical musings about the role of teleologic ontology in homeopathic reasoning were also present (!).

All in all, a marvelously well-organized and stimulating event that surely left everyone in the audience looking at homeopathy through very different eyes!
