The past year and a half has been challenging to say the least. Parents have been stretched to the max. They are trying to be on-again, off-again teachers to their children as schools are closed and at the same time trying to hold a job. Some folks are having to cook instead of picking up fast food or eating out. This inevitably leads to fatigue, often from a lack of sleep, stress or improper nutrition.
Luc Chaltin, Newton’s founder, looked at fatigue as one of the symptoms of what he referred to as the deficiency syndrome. He believed that nervousness, fatigue and digestive problems are a precursor to the onset of a chronic disease. It is a warning to start changing your lifestyle. Eat organic, exercise, decrease your sugar intake, quit smoking, take your vitamins, supplements and trace minerals as needed, enjoy nature, establish healthy relationships and challenge your mind.
He held that fatigue may manifest as a loss of muscle strength without apparent cause, sleepiness during the day, a need for more sleep, or a feeling as if sleep does not restore the body. It may present as a need for rest during the day, sudden feelings of exhaustion during the day or the evening, or fatigue in the morning as if there was not enough rest. One may also exhibit exhaustion without a visible reason, experience a lowered sexual desire, have a low blood pressure or present with adrenal and thyroid depletion.
Some folks think the answer to fatigue is to suck on caffeine, sugar or sodas all day to keep revved up. That approach is a short-term solution at best and only reinforces bad lifestyle habits, creating more health problems down the road.
Whatever the cause, the deficiency syndrome or the challenges of burning the candle at both ends, consider the Newton Fatigue Fighter complex. It is formulated for symptoms of mental and physical exhaustion associated with illness, stress, emotional sensitivity and low energy and can be taken several times a day as needed.
Unlike allopathic drugs, which actions are based on clinical trials, homeopathic remedy indications and uses are based on traditional homeopathic practice. Unlike allopathic drugs, our products have not been evaluated by the FDA and have not been evaluated for medical evidence. Accordingly, in traditional homeopathic practice, Echinacea is included as indicated for general weakness, Chelidonium for sleepiness without being able to sleep, Ginkgo for a sensation of mental fatigue, Bryonia for physical weakness on slightest exertion, Pulsatilla for irresistible sleepiness in the afternoon, Rhus toxicodendron for awakening tired, stiff and sore and Kali iodatum for tendency to weep from a slight cause, sadness or anxiety. Arnica, best known for its use in injuries, is included for severe fatigue which causes restlessness and sleeplessness. Fatigue Fighter also contains homeopathic thyroidinum and adrenalinum (also called epinephrine), because thyroid and adrenal imbalances are believed to be contributing factors to excessive fatigue.
In addition, don’t forget the Newton Detoxifier complex to help address fatigue. Detoxifier is formulated for symptoms associated with toxicity such as fatigue, headaches and sluggish elimination. Unlike a botanical detoxifier or colon therapy, it is formulated to take on a daily basis, preferably at bedtime.
