I tell people with skin conditions such as acne, psoriasis, eczema, rashes, and such – think of it as poop coming through your skin. It’s not true, but it gets people’s attention. It helps them understand and get to the root cause of skin conditions as seen from a natural medicine point of view.
As we know, our skin is often an outward reflection of our inside condition.
